The short version
The simulator runs entirely in your browser. Images you load into the Fish Vision Camera are never uploaded, never transmitted, and never seen by us or anyone else — the pixels are read by JavaScript on your own machine and discarded when you close the tab.
What we collect
Currently, nothing. No analytics property is connected to this site yet, so no analytics code is served and no cookie banner is shown. When that changes, analytics will be strictly opt-in and this page will be updated first.
We do not run advertising, we do not operate a newsletter, we do not have user accounts, and we do not sell or share data with anyone.
What is stored on your device
Nothing. No cookies, no localStorage, no device storage of any kind.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes request metadata (IP address, user agent) to serve and protect the site, as any web host must. SeeCloudflare's privacy policy.
Your rights
Under GDPR and UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold. In practice we hold essentially none — but ask, and we will tell you exactly what exists. Under CCPA/CPRA: we do not sell or share personal information.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
